We will assess your ability to move through a full range of motion with your shoulder.
Hip Movement:
Movement through the hips is vital for success in sport. We will assess how efficiently you can move.
Movement Assessment:
We will assess how well you can perform basic gym-based movements.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
Upper Body Strength:
Based on your skill level we will perform an upper body strength test.
Horizontal Power:
We will test your Broad Jump ability which is directly correlated to your speed ability.
Vertical Power:
We will also test your vertical jump ability to see your raw lower body power!
